What is a promotional holiday?

Our promotional holidays at La Pinta are open to timeshare owners, holiday club or points members. We offer an excellent opportunity for you to sample our fantastic four star beach front resort at a fraction of the normal cost. In return for the hugely discounted accommodation offered, all we ask is that you attend a no obligation presentation during your stay with us. 



What does the presentation involve?

You will meet with one of our friendly representatives who will show you around La Pinta Hotel and it´s facilities on the beach front. During this time we will showcase our fantastic resort and wide range of RCI & II holiday products. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the resort and nearby attractions. This normally takes just one morning or afternoon of your time. 



So what´s the catch?

There is no catch! Your only obligation is to attend the presentation, after that you can enjoy your holiday as you wish.



What are your check-in days?

La Pinta is a Friday to Friday changeover. 


When can I take the holiday?

Once your week has been secured, you may select any week of your choice, excluding Christmas and New Year.



What happens if I am unable to travel on the dates I originally booked?

Should you be unable to travel on your selected dates, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are very flexible and will change your dates for you at no extra cost, subject to availability. 



How many people does the accommodation sleep?

The accommodation offered is a one bedroomed sleep four apartment. However, we do have a limited number of two bedroomed sleep six apartments available at an extra charge, so if you have a larger family please contact us for availability.



Will I be guaranteed a sea view?

The majority of our apartments have a sea view, but some are garden view. We do strive to place all of our guests in a sea view room, however early booking is advised to avoid disappointment and is always subject to availability.



Are flights included?

Flights are not included in the promotional price. We do however work with various flight companies in England if you require help in obtaining flight quotes. We only use ABTA & ATOL registered companies.



How far in advance do you need to know my exact dates?

We advise providing us with your flight details as soon as possible, and at least six weeks prior to travel due to constraints on availability.



Are airport transfers included?

We provide a transfer from Tenerife South airport to the resort free of charge. Return transfer is not included, however this can be arranged with the driver, or at reception for a small charge.
